Privacy notice

This notice explains what information VozSync collects, how I use it, and your choices. VozSync is run by Joey Duran.
The short version: I use your information only to run the service and reply to you. I never sell it.
When you contact me or book a call
When you book a call, message me on WhatsApp or email me, I get your name, phone number, email and anything you tell me about your business. I use it only to reply, run the call you booked, and follow up about VozSync.
If you ask for the free checklist, I get your email address. I use it to send you the checklist and to follow up about VozSync now and then. Reply "unsubscribe" to any email and I'll stop.
The sample call on this site
The call with Lorie on this site is a recording. Playing it doesn't use your microphone and doesn't record you.
Calls Lorie answers for businesses
When a business uses VozSync, Lorie answers calls to that business. For those calls:
- Callers hear that the call is recorded and transcribed before the conversation starts.
- I record and transcribe each call, and write a short summary: who called, what they wanted, and the outcome.
- The business receives the recording, the transcript and the summary by email, plus a call log with the time, caller, reason and outcome of each call.
- If a caller wants an appointment, Lorie sends them the business's booking link.
- Call recordings, transcripts and summaries belong to the business, not to VozSync. I handle them only on the business's behalf, to provide the service.
- I don't sell this information, and I don't use it to advertise to callers.
- I keep call records until the business deletes them or asks me to delete them.
If you called a business that uses VozSync and want your information seen, corrected or deleted, please contact that business first, since it owns the call records. You can also contact me (below), and I will pass your request to the business and help.
Who I share information with
Only the service providers that make VozSync work, for their part of the service:
- Phone providers: the phone lines that connect calls.
- Call-screening providers: checking incoming phone numbers for robocalls and spam.
- AI providers: the AI voice, understanding and answering callers, call recording and transcription.
- Email and office software providers: email summaries and the call log.
- Scheduling providers: booking calls with me.
- Payment providers: banks and money-transfer services that handle payments from businesses that use VozSync.
- Website providers: hosting this site and its fonts.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. I don't sell caller information or share it for advertising.
I may also share information if the law requires it (for example, a court order), or with a new owner if VozSync is ever sold, under the same promises in this policy.
Cookies
This site doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers. It stores a few small settings in your browser to remember that you closed the cookie notice and whether you've already seen or asked for the checklist. When you open the booking calendar, the scheduling provider may set its own cookies under its own policy.
Children
This site and service are not meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete your information. Email me at [email protected], and I'll take care of it.
Changes
If I make important changes to this notice, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
